AI · Position statement

AI writes code. Someone still has to be responsible for it.

AI makes code cheap. It does not make judgment cheap. I use AI for leverage on syntax and boilerplate, and I supply what it cannot: the context of your business, the architecture, the verification, the tests, the security review, the deployment, and the accountability when something breaks.

How I use it.

I use AI tools the way I use an IDE or a linter. I read and test every line, I own the architecture, and nothing reaches production that I could not explain line by line.

What I build with it.

  1. Assistants grounded in your content

Chat assistants that answer only from a business's own content. The one I built for this site reads a single knowledge file, tries Gemini first and fails over to Groq, keeps its keys on the server, and sits behind rate limits and CSRF protection.

  2. Smart search

Lokalista, local business discovery for the Philippines, pairs its maps and QR menus with AI smart search and a concierge.
